I'm back after a short LOA last week. A reminder to students that end of term is fast approaching and assignments are coming due. Please check out your class page to see a list of important dates. Grades 7 & 8 are working on producing our very own tourist guide for our community with the theme "What does our community have to offer visitors in the fall?" so they will be out and about the community taking pictures.

Thank you to Libby's grade 11 English class who came and shared their knowledge on blogs with the grade 9 English class. The grade 9 class have each chosen a character from their novel A Question of Loyalty and will create a blog for their chosen character. It should be fun and interesting to read the blogs as there was no technology during the Upper Canada Revolution. They will continue to work on them this week and next.

It's hard to believe that we've been back to school for almost three full weeks now. I have a slightly different workload from last year, so I've added a new page ( sec 1&2 French) , deleted one (sec. 4 & 5 English) and edited others. I encourage students and parents to check out the blog for updates on what's happening in class and homework.
